Last summer my husband and I set out to buy a vacation home on Vancouver Island. We discovered Randall through a property he had listed that was in an area on the island that would allow foreign buyers. This discovery lead us on a journey with Randall to find a home that met our needs and would allow us to spend the summers on Vancouver Island. Randall was extremely gracious and patient to show us 29 different homes over the course of three separate visits to the island last summer and many calls and emails. It was quite a process as we knew what we wanted in a home, if possible (view, newer or renovated, easy maintenance, easy to care for when out of the country, easily accessible to shopping and island amenities, within our budget, etc.). It was not an easy task, but Randall’s knowledge of the market, the foreign buyer ban, various communities on the island, and never ending kindness and patience led us to finding a perfect home. We are forever grateful to Randall and the time and energy he spent on helping us realize our dream to buy a home on Vancouver Island. If it had not been for him, we may still be looking!!! We happily and highly recommend Randall to buyers, including those from the US who have to navigate buying in a foreign market.
