Randall Mang showed us 6-7 homes in Vancouver Island and initially we explained that we are just looking and may not purchase but even so he spent the entire day with us and when we concluded a few days later that we weren’t ready to buy he was still very professional and pleasant and don’t bother us. Several weeks later we decided to buy one of the homes he showed us and he helped us negotiate a good price and was extremely helpful throughout the process as we are not local so we counted on him to recommend inspectors and lawyers and experts to ensure that we had full knowledge of all aspects of the home before the final contract was signed. He then forwarded recreational associations that we may be interested in joining and several other service providers helping us to settle into the new community. He is very knowledgeable of the island communities and helped us with the closing since we couldn’t be on site to collect keys etc. We would highly recommend Randall. We have purchased about 16 homes in our lifetime to date and we have never had a better experience than with Randall.
